What is Your Path? Witch

About Me I've been a practicing Witch for nearly 23 years, off and on. I'm married to my beautiful wife and have one step son. Originally from the great state of Texas, I've lived most of my life in Oregon. I love it here, and wouldn't trade it for anything. :) I've studied and followed the pagan paths most of this time, with major areas of interest in Wicca and learning the Old Religions along the way. While I believe in the concepts and most beliefs of Wicca, I also am not frightened of knowing and understanding the balancing power and knowledge of darkness. I am NOT a satanist, nor do I follow their path, which is one I have not studied..doesn't mean I don't have respect for those beliefs. I've learned to use the power of nature and natural energy forces for living my life in this lifetime. I'm always learning something new each day, and hope to keep learning as I believe we never know everything. :) I'm a professional truck driver by trade, and from time am a driver trainer. I love the open road and where it takes me...and the money's not bad either..hehe. :) Blessings to all.

Music I like MOST types of music, though not much rap or heavy metal. I guess you could say I have eclectic tastes. :)

Books As far as pagan books or authors, I enjoy a variety. I have found Raymond Buckland's works always enjoyable to read, and am currently reading his book, Wicca for Life. I enjoyed reading Silver Ravenwolf's works, (To Ride A Silver Broomstick, Stir A Magick Cauldron, Light A Sacred Flame). I have other works of hers, but find these most interesting. Fiona Horne has some good books as well, and I also enjoyed Power of the Witch, by Laurie Cabot. I love reading...love knowledge, and with knowledge comes power. :) OH...and yes, I love my own book I've authored...The Dharagon Journey. :)

Likes I like life, living my life as I see fit day to day and enjoying the beauty of nature and life. I like keeping up with the pagan community online, and have been working on getting out more with the pagan community locally. I like to give advice when I can, and will let you know if I can't.

Dislikes I detest close minded people, biggots and fakes. I believe that all should be free to believe and worship or practice as they see fit, so long as they harm none. I don't like liars, thieves or those who enjoy the misery of others.

Hobbies Hmm...seems lately to be work, work and work...lol. I love chatting with my online friends, those in the pagan and craft community and reading. Love reading and WRITING! In fact, as you've probably already seen, I'm the author of the summer release bestseller (I hope!), The Dharagon Journey, which is a trilogy series believe it or not. :)

The Dharagon Journey -Book One Release August 26th

Greetings, my friends. :)

OK! The "official" release date of The Dharagon Journey - Book One, is set for August 26th, 2008. :) It's been a long time coming, and I can't be more thrilled about it!

Some of you already know that I'm currently writing book two in the series, The Shrell Conspiracy. IF all goes according to plan, there should be less than a year between releases. I'll keep everyone updated as go along.

Thanks SO much for all the comments and well-wishing for The Dharagon Journey, I can't tell you how blessed I am to have such wonderful friends as you.
